ESCAPE TO THE BREATHTAKING MOUNTAINS AT PURGATORY RESORT

Our townhouse is located directly across from Purgatory Resort. You will have convenient access to skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer (free shuttle service available in winter). Lake Durango is walking distance for convenient fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking. Nearby is an assortment of hiking trials and/or 4x4 roads. If you wish to explore the Wild West, Silverton is a mere 20 miles up the road.  

Whether you are an adventure enthusiast or simply looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway- we have something for you to enjoy!

WHAT 70 TACOMA HAS TO OFFER

Our mountain townhouse has a lovely view and considerable amenities, such as a private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, pool table, and arcade. We keep the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home well stocked with all the essentials you will need for your stay- kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and comfort essentials. 

(Bedroom 1: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle, Downstairs living area: Sofa bed)

If you are traveling with young children, we offer things such as a pack-n-play, changing pad, baby bouncer, high chair, potty seat, step stools, and safety gates. We also provide small sizes of winter clothes for children to borrow during their stay (no additional charge).

If you are traveling with your furry friend, we allow up to 2 pets to join your stay! ($100 flat rate pet fee) We keep an animal blanket and pet bowls on hand. 

For an additional 4% fee, you can gain access to the Durango Mountain Resort amenities such as pool, hot tub, and gym at the base of the mountain.
